1GHG FOOTPRINT & LCA ASSESSOR
- Immediate Requirement
- For certified GHG Footprint (Green House Gases) and LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) Assessor with specific experience in Sustainability, ESG (Environment, Social & Governance) and BRSR (Business Responsibility & Sustainability Reporting).
- Mandatory (pls do not apply if you do not meet this criteria)
- The candidate should have minimum 1-3 years of experience as a GHG Assessor/ LCA, specifically associated with Sustainability, ESG or BRSR Reporting.
- Role
- 1. Sound knowledge of
- a. LCA Tools like SimaPro.
- b. Guideline documents and operational system of a GHG reduction scheme.
- c. Project cycle and Regulatory requirements relevant to a GHG reduction schemes.
- d. Basic concepts (e.g. GHGs, global warming potentials) of a GHG reduction scheme.
- e. Sectoral aspects of the projects.
- f. Auditing principles, procedures and techniques, including methods used to audit data and information.
- g. Risk assessment techniques and methodologies as well as data and information sampling techniques and methodologies

- g.Assess the stakeholder comments
- h.Apply and assess the monitoring plans
- i.Apply and assess the approved baseline and monitoring methodologies

- k.Calculate and assess the GHG emission factors
- l.Evaluate the information in order to determine whether a project activity is additional to the baseline scenario activities
- m.Determine and assess the barriers
- n.Apply and assess the common practice analysis

- ii.South East Asia Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Thailand.
- iii.Africa Kenya, Nigeria and South West Africa.
- b.As and when we allocate a project to the empanelled expert, s/he may have to travel to the city where the project to be audited is physically located.
- c.In all probability, the travel may be within the country of the shortlisted & empanelled expert.
- All travel related expenses would be reimbursed on actuals on submission of Bills or the Project may be given on a lump-sum payment basis.
- a.It would be based on a project-to-project basis and would be mutually agreed before being nominated for validation, verification or audit of the project.
- b.It will depend on following parameters:
- i.Complexity of the Project.
- ii.Duration of Audit/ Validation/ Verification.
- Subsequent paper/ documentation work involved.

She should have experience and expertise gained under the direction and guidance of another validator/verifier, already qualified as a Team Leader, for a minimum of two validation/verification functions (Those who do not satisfy this criterion are assigned as a trainee Team Leader for at least two validation/verification processes under the management and guidance of another validator/verifier already qualified as Team Leader.)
- 2. Ability to manage and organize a team during the verification/validation activities

1. Immediate requirement for Data Analyst with specific experience in ESG (Environment, Social & Governance) and BRSR (Business Responsibility & Sustainability Reporting).
2. Mandatory (pls do not apply if you do not meet this criteria) The candidate should have 2-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, specifically in the field of ESG and/ or BRSR Reporting.
- a. To conduct research and analysis on companies' exposure to various environmental, social, and governance risks in order to support investment decision-making.
- b. Comprehensive research & analysis of companies' sustainability/ESG related data.
- c. Identify and continuously improve KPIs for conducting ESG assessment of Companies.
- d. Conduct assessment of ESG performance based on KPIs for customer companies.
- e. Firm understanding of reporting frameworks like GRI, TCFD, SASB and CDP.
- f. Ability to understand ESG policies and implementation by companies from disclosures such as annual reports, CSR/sustainability reports, proxy statements and other company
- g. Oversight and responsibility for ESG data collection and management processes to support performance tracking, reporting and disclosure requirements at asset, portfolio company, fund or firm level.
- h. Collect, review, aggregate, and report ESG data for portfolio companies and operating partners.
- i. Manage relationships with third-party ESG data and service providers and evaluate emerging hardware/software solutions and innovations to support the delivery of accurate, high-quality data flows, improve data analytics, and simplify reporting processes.
- j. A passion for ESG and a good understanding of the key scientific, regulatory, and market developments related to ESG.
- k. Any other work which gets identified later during the course of employment.
- a.Analytical skills Ability to collect, analyse, and interpret data related to ESG performance and risks. This requires strong analytical skills as well as critical thinking.
- b.Communication skills Ability to communicate the results of his/ her analysis clearly and effectively to a variety of stakeholders, including clients, investors, policymakers, and general public. Fluent in spoken English & par-excellence writing skills.
- c.Financial acumen Sound understanding of finance and investment for investment analysis and portfolio management.

- 1.Summary
- a. Immediate requirement for 2-3 Interns from Final Year (preferably) of Post Graduation Studies at FRI (Forest Research Institute, Dehradun), who have been working/ studying/ conducting research with ICFRE (Indian Council for Forest Research and Education).

- ii.Leverage relationships with stakeholders to gain knowledge, spread awareness, assist them in conceptual paper writing and information gathering.
